playing christmas dress up's.

just a note and a small note at that..when i was out and about yesterday ..Op Shopping, i came across a basket of very old dress up's....i did do a little scream..and smiled a real lot...i went looking for christmas presents for my Ya Ya's (girlfriends )i dont want to have to go in to the big shops..it just something i dont want to do.....i do try very hard and i say no to plastic bags..i take one of my baskets with me...im being taken out to go to melbourne to one of the food markets so i can get all our christmas food...that will be very nice as its out in the open ....im going to get lots of fresh veggies and then take it to one of the local church's so they can give it out to familys who dont have much for christmas day...now im thinking about it i will have to go to the super market to buy christmas stocking to give.....children love those.....sorry if i write my notes in riddles...im writing from my heart..not my brain....singing and skipping jo..oh im of to put my raspberry lip stick on...have a fantastic day.....

Getting Ready for Christmas Day at fairy cake pond....

hello and welcome to Fairy Cake Pond.....after doing my market stall, the other weekend...it is so nice to just be home and to play house..ive put up our Lilac Christmas tree...one of my ya ya's( girl friends ) gave it to me for a present a few years ago..it just gives me so much joy...and being lilac and all....what else have i been doing..oh yes i made an Advent Calender out of an old cream blanket..lace,velvet and old flowers of a hat......i went to a junk market yesterday morning( sunday ) with my Mr Australia ( well he sat in the car and read the news paper ) while i walked around -i found some very old dolly's..the one with no arms called out to me...i looked at her and just thought- oh you sweet thing ..you need to come home with me for a little lemonade....( giggle )after the market we went to mornington for lunch..to a place called the Rocks..it was so yummy and romantic as it was just the 2 of us..the young boys where out with there friends...there seem to be changes happening in our world...the young boys are growing up-and just say ..go and have some fun....and fun i shall have...singing and skipping jo

hello my sweet friends...over the last two month's i have been very busy making jewellery and fairy tales under glass for a market called Christmas at the Studio...as time came by for my market day-id heard a whisper ..a very happy whisper..that one of my friends was going to come along to see ..what all the fuss was about...she just made my day..i do have to tell..i was talking to a lady about what i make and then ..i looked up to see my friend..i have to tell who she is- it was Miss Tina Gates...i think i did skip and sing...we had a delicious lunch and of coarse we sipped a champagne....she came all the way from Melbourne Town....the whole day was so much fun...thank you so much Tina and to all the new friends i made on that day ( did i tell you all miss Tina and i meet on the Internet ) singing and skipping jo.

at fairy cake pond - this week.

it's been a busy week here at fairy cake pond..I'm try hard to finish of all my house's under glass -Ive made about 22 necklaces as well...its time for Christmas at the studio...in between all of this Jeremiah has started at a new school and he's loving it there..the art side of the school is fantastic...I'm of to make the beds and sweep the floor's..i will have my new camera with me on Friday and Saturday at the market ( studio )singing and skipping jo
